Al and Sharon had moved
to Durango Colorado to be with Sharon's
father Buck. But after a couple of years
the doctors told them that due to Buck's
health, they were going to have to move
back to California. Now they were forced
to relocate without being able to fly
back and forth every time a new house
came on the market.
When I first spoke with Al and Sharon
they had not made much progress. Houses
were being sold before they even heard
about them! So through faxes, Federal
Express, the Internet, constant communication
and persistence, we began the search.
Shortly thereafter, we found a property
that seemed to fit all of their needs.
That was when Al jumped on the plane.
Although the property did not work out,
within 48 hours of his arrival we had
found the perfect house. Fifteen days
later they were moving in! If you or
someone you know has "the impossible
situation" have them give me a call
so I can help them out and make their
home buying dream come true.
Gratitude
Thanks so very much! You guys
made what seemed like an impossible dream
come true. We can't believe it. You're the
best. Thanks for all your patience and understanding.
We Did It! We will tell everyone we meet how
fantastic you both are. We are looking forward
to having you both at out house warming! Thank
You. Thank You.

Wayne's Real World
I had tried to sell my home
in Novato the year before unsuccessfully.
I was worried that I had missed the "hot market".
Now I was making two mortgage payments. I
told Leah about my situation and within two
days she brought me a pre-approved buyer for
my home! It was great! Even the inspection
and escrow process went smoothly. I am definitely
going to be using her for all my real estate
transactions!

From Dream To Dream
Home
Newest Marin County resident
Harriet, has just relocated from the San Diego
area. And what a move it was!
Relocating can be very stressful -- between
changing jobs and making moving arrangements
things can get exciting! Harriet took everything
in stride as we worked together to find the
perfect home. For Harriet, it was very important
to avoid making two moves. This meant finding
the right home and making sure it closed escrow
concurrently with her home in San Diego --
not always an easy task. As a joint effort
involving all the team players, we were able
to make all the pieces fit! Bruce Conklin
at Pacific Capital Mortgage and his assistant
Dru with their expertise, patience and follow
through had the financing in place and ready
to go even before we found the house.
