Leah Faresh Karp is a second generation Realtor® who began selling real estate in 1990. She is an expert in the Marin County market and is recognized as a top producer in her region.
Based on her years of experience in varying markets, she has developed creative methods for growing and maintaining a successful business in the constantly changing economic times.
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Leah is familiar with many areas of Northern California. Having started her real estate career in Sacramento, she is a veteran of slow real estate markets and zero down financing. However, her more recent experience in Marin County has allowed her to produce in a very active and sometimes volatile real estate market.
From buyers to sellers, personal home to investment property Leah has a wide variety of clients from all walks of life. These clients include: first time buyers; families who are relocating from out of state; high-end buyers moving into their dream home; real estate investors participating in
a 1031 exchange. Her extensive knowledge
of the real estate industry allows her to provide a
positive transaction under any circumstance.
Leah takes pride in finding people property they can
be proud of owning. She is a tough negotiator who always
puts her client’s best interest first. This includes
having a full time assistant on staff to be sure her
clients receive the finest care and keeping up to date
with the industry’s technological trends.
In addition to taking pride in her career as a Realtor®,
Leah is also an active volunteer in her community. Through
the Marin Humane Society, she gives in-school seminars
that teach children to appreciate the lives and senses
of animals. Furthermore, along with the Pachamama Alliance,
she is seeking to educate her peers about the effects
that humans have on the environment.
Whatever the circumstances, Leah is a capable and determined
individual who is led by her strong instincts, knowledge
and ethics.

Justin MacNaughton specializes in assisting investors with both the purchase and sale of Multi-Residential (Multi-Unit / Apartment) Investment Properties in Marin and Sonoma Counties.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Justin joined Vision Real Estate Group (VREG) in 2006 to help establish the Investment Property Division with his partner Leah Karp. The Investment Property Division is focused exclusively on the sale of investment properties throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties . Before joining VREG, Justin was a partner with the Karr | MacNaughton Apartment Group at TRI Commercial Real Estate in Oakland, where he represented investors with the purchase and sale of 25+ unit apartment communities throughout Northern California. Prior to TRI Commercial, Justin worked with the Apartment Division at Colliers International in Oakland . Justin began his real estate career in 2002 with Colliers International in San Francisco working as part of the Retail Services Group representing landlords and tenants in Triple Net retail transactions.

PERSONAL
Justin's personal interests include surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and traveling with his wife and family in pursuit of these interests. Justin grew up in Woodside , CA and is a native to the Bay Area. He has also lived in San Diego , San Luis Obispo , Spain , and Costa Rica . He moved to Marin in 2001 with his wife, Nicole (a native of Marin). Their oldest son, Luke was born in 2003, and they recently had their second son, Sebastian in the summer of 2006.
